Complete, well-functioning CNC sheet metal roller for rolling thin material up to 0.5 mm sheet metal (250 N/mm²).

Especially suitable for rolling aluminium sheets.

Previously used for rolling lampshades.

Machine description – Luna:

"The 8835 is a roll bending machine for the production of slats and reflectors with a small radius, designed to meet the requirements of the latest small-diameter light tubes.

The machine is equipped with three independent lower rollers to minimise production time. All rollers run in adjustable support bearings, allowing for easy roller adjustment for materials of different hardness and thickness. The deflection of the upper roller is corrected by a crossbar that tilts to make space for the curved piece.

All rollers are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows programming of parts with a constant radius and parabolic shapes. 100 programmes can be stored."
