• MARPOSS measurement control P7ME for continuous measurement of workpiece height during grinding and automatic shutdown upon reaching final dimension. The position of the measuring probe can be set separately for both rotary tables via the CNC control.
• MARPOSS acoustic emission touch control to avoid "air grinding". (The acoustic emission is transmitted via the respective rotary table by a water jet.)
• CNC-controlled wheel dressing device mounted under the segment head with automatic compensation of dressing amount. Easy input of parameters via the CNC control in pre-programmed dressing cycles.
• 2 x round magnets Ø 800 mm with fine ring pole division and electronic holding force regulation
• Hydraulic weight balance for the grinding head
