• LIEBHERR CNC control system Type LH 90 GG, a user-friendly CNC control (B+R / IPC 5000) with gear-specific operator interface and diagnostic functions for quick troubleshooting. (Remote diagnostics possible)
• Equipped with automatic threading device for positioning the grinding wheel in the tooth gap
• The machine operates with three grinding processes:
a. Generating grinding using CBN worm wheels = fastest processing
b. Profile grinding using CBN profile grinding wheels (one or two wheels) = highest accuracy!
c. Combination of a and b (most economical solution): pre-grinding with worm wheel / finish-grinding with profile grinding wheel by single part method
• Automatic shifting of worm grinding wheel and automatic positioning of profile wheel
• Automatic workpiece loading via a ring loader mounted on the counter column, which automatically loads and unloads raw and finished parts. Workpieces are transported to the ring loader via a separate FLEX LINK conveyor, picked up, and removed again. Thus, unmanned operation is possible.
• Hydraulic workpiece clamping on the table, but without clamping device. Tailstock slide present on counter column, but without tailstock. Slide stroke up to approx. 350 mm
• Completely enclosed work area with sliding door and separate CO2 fire extinguishing system/IR sensor
• No original coolant system (due to central supply), and no dresser provided.
