This is a deep freezer from the premium manufacturer Liebherr, built in 2022. The unit has been checked in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

With a gross capacity of 601 litres, it accommodates 2/1 GN containers or stackable E2 crates. The rounded stainless steel GN runners make cleaning significantly easier. The Liebherr ProfiPremiumLine GGPv 6590-40 freezer offers various safety features, such as the ability to connect to an alarm system to optimally protect valuable stored goods. The dynamic cooling system quickly cools products to the desired temperature between -10°C and -26°C. This is ensured by the powerful refrigeration unit and professional control electronics, even at ambient temperatures of up to +43°C. Defrosting is automatic, but can also be initiated manually. For ease of use, predefined cooling programs are available—specifically designed for the storage of frozen products as well as deep-freezing of ice cream and other frozen goods. The unit has been checked in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
