Machine Description:

The listed machine belongs to the series of static working machines, meaning all cross-machine operations are performed on stationary board. The system is engineered for high productivity, supporting a maximum board working width of 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutting Machine):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head-foot cutting and cross cuts on the board.
- Linear cross-creasing unit for cross creases in the board.
(available as cross creaser, cross creaser with perforation function)
- 7 upper longitudinal creasing units for producing longitudinal creases
- 7 longitudinal cutting units for longitudinal slit cuts

2) 4-Way Carton Magazine

- 5 carton magazines allow feeding and supply of raw corrugated board to the processing machine.
- Stack height for endless corrugated board up to max. 2,200 mm possible

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

- Contains all components required for operation and control of the system.
- Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
