The machine listed here is part of the range of stationary operating machines, meaning all cross-machine processes are performed on stationary board. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutter):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head-foot cuts and cross cuts on the cardboard.

1 linear cross-creasing unit for transverse creases on the board.
(Available as standard creaser or creaser with perforation function)

7 longitudinal creasing units from above for lengthwise creases on the cardboard
Longitudinal cutting units for executing lengthwise cuts

2) 4-Compartment Carton Magazine

5 carton magazines ensure the provision and feed of raw cardboard to the processing machine.
Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 1,400 mm possible.

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are Siemens-based.

The machine will be available from mid-January 2026.
