Machine Description:

The machine listed here is part of a range of statically operating machines – meaning the cross-machine operations are performed while the carton is stationary. This machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for corrugated board is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are made automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutter):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head-to-foot cuts and cross notches on the cardboard.

Linear cross-creasing unit for transverse creases on the carton. (Available as cross-creasing unit or with perforation option)

Longitudinal creasing units from above for lengthwise creases on the carton
Longitudinal cutting units for lengthwise cuts

2) Double Carton Magazine

Two carton magazines provide storage and feeding of raw corrugated board to the converter. Stack height for continuous corrugated up to max. 2,200 mm

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
