Machine Description:

This machine belongs to the series of static operating machines, i.e. all cross-machine processes are carried out while the cardboard is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutter):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cuts as well as cross-cuts on the cardboard
- Linear cross-creaser group for transverse creasing of the cardboard (supplied as cross-creasing unit or cross-creasing unit with perforation)
- Longitudinal creasing groups from above for longitudinal creases
- Longitudinal cutting units for executing longitudinal cuts

2) 5-Slot Carton Magazine

- Five carton magazines ensure provision and automatic feed of raw cardboard to the processing machine
- Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 2,200 mm

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics
