Technical features:
A double-shell thermal insulation of the timber dryer provides for excellent insulation values.
The inner wall panels are made from 1.5 mm thick special marine-grade aluminium and are tightly welded.
The exterior cladding consists of stucco-patterned trapezoidal and smooth sheets.
The thermally insulated floor forms a tightly welded stainless steel tray, ensuring long-term resistance to aggressive wood constituents.
The kiln is to be installed on a load-bearing, level surface. A specific, continuous foundation is NOT required!
A wide-angle access door on the front end with perimeter rubber sealing ensures ease of operation and high steam tightness.
An aluminium stacking trolley for side loading and unloading, as well as interior and detachable exterior rail guides, enables convenient and space-saving loading.
A powerful radial ventilator (0.55 kW) positioned at the front end ensures consistent, even longitudinal ventilation of the timber stacks.
The dryer is heated by electric heating rods with a total heating output of 6.0 kW.
Surplus moisture is removed via servo-controlled inlet and exhaust air dampers (100 mm diameter).
If required, the chamber climate can be humidified via cold-water spraying.
The scope of delivery includes 140 straight aluminium stacking laths.

The standard PLC control system manages the drying process fully automatically and, via the 7" colour touch panel, offers convenient operation. You only enter three parameters:
1. Wood type
2. Wood thickness
3. Desired final moisture content

The control system optimises the drying process based on these inputs. Your timber will be available in the required quality within a short time.

The control system is equipped as standard with:
– 3 x wood moisture measurement points incl. penetration electrodes and cables
– 1 x wood equilibrium moisture measurement point
– 1 x air temperature measurement point

We deliver the Lauber timber dryer fully assembled and ready for connection!
Comprehensive operating manual, drying recommendations, and installation/loading instructions are included.
