One-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt adhesive application on straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with drain function optional), HF-cut-off saw station, HF milling unit, corner rounding unit, chain feed, double pressure rollers, extendable workpiece support rail, and signal lamp for workpiece sequence. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer edge-banding rolls as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0 mm thickness and workpiece height from 8 – 50 mm. • Automatic edge feeding for roll material via rotatable reel D=600 mm

• Infeed fence (400 mm) with support

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge banding

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), precise glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustable, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine remains on but unused for an extended period).

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and an adjustable pressure roller with spring tension, for optimal joint formation between edge material and workpiece; pressure zone adjustment with mechanical SIKO indicator.

• High-frequency cut-off saw equipped with HF motor 0.21 kW, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades, and high-precision linear guides ensure clean and accurate cuts, equipped with extraction hood.

• High-frequency combination milling unit: two powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters, suitable for radius and chamfer milling, horizontal and vertical sensing of workpiece, unit adjustment with digital counters for different edge types, two chip extraction hoods with central extraction port 2 x Ø 100 mm, height adjustment for the upper unit with pressure beam.

• Corner rounding unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW HF motor, switchable from the control panel. Optionally single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner rounding.

• Swiveling control panel with 10.0" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine downtimes, activation/deactivation of units, and error diagnostics.

• LED lighting in the enclosure

• Optional Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive or cleaning agents

• Radius scraper unit – Light, pulling cut removes any radius-milling marks and ensures a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.
