Pelletizing plant for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn stover, etc.), animal feed, and more.

This is a complete (compact) system, mounted on a base frame, consisting of the following components:

- Raw material storage hopper 1.5 m³, including agitator
- Inclined mixer for raw material, including level sensors and fully automatic moisture dosing
- Dosing screw for optimal material feeding of the pellet press (speed-controlled)
- Pellet press 5.5 kW, with horizontal ring die, discharge chute with dust extraction, temperature monitoring
- Conveyor belt for pellet discharge, discharge height approx. 2.0 m

The entire plant is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with a touch display! In addition, all parameters are continuously monitored so that the plant shuts down automatically in the event of a malfunction.
