Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most affordable option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

With this wrapper, only the application and removal of the film need to be performed manually. The model is sturdily built, weighing 600 kg, and designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage as well as a mechanical brake, you can easily adapt the automated wrapping process to suit your product. Automatic pallet detection is a standard feature, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose from programs for “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross-wrapping), and rainproof wrapping. If needed, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved using integrated forklift cutouts.

An optional access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film are available.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you intend to switch from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with the lowest possible investment. This machine is ideal for shippers handling up to approximately 10 pallets per working day.
