Designed for joining smooth veneers with a thickness of 0.3 – 1.5 mm (or up to 2.5 mm with an alternative glue application system), intended for use in production processes involving high temperatures and tensile forces, such as longitudinal profile laminating or membrane press bonding.

The elements are joined with urea glue. Glue is applied to the veneer edge inside the machine using an integrated glue station with a glue reservoir.
The machine is equipped with a modern one-sided glue application system, consisting of a dosing roller (immersed in glue), an application roller, and a precise glue dosing system.

Climate-controlled glue unit – keeps constant glue temperature in the reservoir, maintaining optimal adhesive properties, preventing pre-curing or gelling, which influences joint quality while also reducing glue consumption and shortening the splicing process, especially during high ambient temperatures.

The machine can be tested in Poland.
