- The products offered are used, but have been fully overhauled, with all wear parts (O-rings, precision bearings, shaft seals, screws, retaining rings, Castrol oil) replaced.

Measurements and Testing:
- Precise measurements have been performed, particularly regarding axes and gearbox backlash. An 8-hour load test has also been carried out. (Gearbox backlash: Axis 4 – 0.01 / Axis 5 – 0.01 / Axis 6 – 0.01).

Delivery and Packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box with insured shipping.

Exchange of Wrist Unit:
- An exchange program for the wrist unit is available. Alternatively, it can be purchased without exchange on request.

Warranty:
- Every wrist unit comes with a 12-month warranty. Optionally extendable to 18 months for an additional fee.

Inventory:
- The supplier has over 100 wrist units in stock, with various models available.

Express Overhaul:
- Fast overhaul service for KUKA wrist units is available within 48-72 hours after receipt.

Repair Service:
- In addition to the offered products, repair services for ABB wrists are available.
