For sale is a line drilling machine, also known as a strip drilling machine.
The KS LBM DB 04 DR line drilling machine is designed for drilling strips and guide rails made of aluminium, plastic, and wood, as well as roller shutter end strips (for wood profiles up to 3 m long and up to 90 mm high).

The machine is equipped with 4 pairs of three-phase drill units. Each set of 4 drills performs parallel or sequential drilling from above and below. The distances between the drilling units are manually set via a grid system to accommodate various spacings. The grid bores are fitted with drill bushes which centralise the hardened locking pins.

This strip drilling machine offered here is therefore equipped with 8 drilling heads (4 facing downwards and 4 upwards).

We have used the machine in our workshop to drill wooden fence profiles.
It has consistently served us well over recent years.

However, as our customer is switching to plastic profiles, we no longer have use for this machine.

This machine comes with 8 extraction adapters for chip removal, including hose and collecting piece, to connect to a customer-provided extraction system.
