Panel Saw-Moulder-Drilling Machine KOCH SBD-B – Through-Feed Machine

The machine offers the following features:
- Infeed magazine
- 2 units with 400 mm / 30 mm format saw blades
- 4 oscillating milling units, 4 kW, 18,000 rpm, pneumatically adjustable oscillation
- 2 horizontal drilling supports, 7-spindle head (2 in 32 mm pitch, 5 in 16 mm pitch)
- 3 vertical drilling supports, 14-spindle head (12 in 32 mm pitch + 2 angled outer spindles in 32 mm pitch)
- 3 horizontal drilling supports on the Y axis: 2 heads with 16 spindles (14 in 32 mm pitch + 2 angled in 32 mm pitch) + 1 head with 8 spindles (7 in 32 mm pitch + 1 central angled in 32 mm pitch)
- Return conveyor to operator
- Supports for long workpieces

The machine does not have dowel insertion units.
