The machine’s traverse beam has 3 broaching tool holders; the workpiece table has 1 broaching station (modifiable). The tool clamping system and the tool feeder are designed for spring-actuated locking (DIN 1415). The machine is equipped with an automatic tool feeder; the existing tool feeder mount accommodates only 1 tool (central broaching station). An integrated coolant system for cutting oil is included.

Remarks:
The machine is in good condition considering its age and is immediately ready for operation. It is designed for manually operated production runs with medium batch sizes. The machine features an automatic cycle. For use, ideally a machine pit or alternatively a platform is required. Pull heads, tool holders, and tools are available on request. The machine is available for viewing under power at our warehouse.
