The Klingelnberg Dr. Wiener WNC 80 (800) spiral bevel gear grinding machine was designed as a universal machine for grinding spiral bevel gears for use in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, machine tools, mining technology, aircraft, and textile machines. It is suitable for single-part production, small batch series, as well as mass production. The image shows a used machine, which can optionally be offered retrofitted as a CNC version, fully modernized, engineered for maximum performance and precision in flexible manufacturing, with acceptance according to DIN and manufacturer standards, SINUMERIK 840 D SL control system, and SINAMICS digital drive technology.

Description
Software
DNC software is supplied as the basic program for various software options.
Grinding of spiral bevel gears according to the Wiener "2-Trace Method".
Grinding of concave and convex flanks with two different wheels and different machine parameters.
Input data is entered in the language of the basic program.
Software for grinding Gleason, Klingelnberg, and module gears available upon request.

CNC
IBH 4-axis CNC control.
Additionally, a separate PC communicates with the CNC via a DNC interface.
All data input and calculations are performed on the PC.
The IBH controller exclusively controls the axes.
