In waterjet cutting, water is pressurized up to 5500 bar. Depending on the requirements and workpiece, it is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter between 0.01 and 0.08 mm. Since the waterjet process works without heat input, material deformation is avoided.

By adding abrasive, waterjet cutting achieves maximum precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible production enables both vertical and bevel cuts. We are happy to receive your custom CAD files. Waterjet technology provides significant advantages for industry, trade, and custom prototyping. It is also environmentally friendly as waterjet cutting operates dust-free and steam-free, while also conserving material.
