This system allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly performed via a manual hydraulic mechanism in the range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The table systems can be easily relocated on-site using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various clamping and securing options, have proven ideal for maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, the tools can be safely serviced on site and transported for repairs to maintenance. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear.
