This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit the specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is achieved as standard via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). The worktop, as with the SST Fix series, also features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 perforated grid. When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or reworking fixtures (deburring, marking, checking) can be adapted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems are easily relocated using a pallet jack. These mobile systems, with various fastening and securing options, have proven to be ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be cost-effectively replaced in the event of later wear.
