Machine Description

- The lids of the crates can be folded down sideways, allowing for loading; total transport height approx. 1000 - 1050 mm.
- The two conveyor belts each have 2 side guides, one top guide each, and a cam spacing of 700 mm.
- Infeed zone with 1500 mm straight length with drive, working height approx. 1000 mm.
- Main washing zone with 2700 mm length, 600 l tank with 50 kW heating (20 kW possible via hot water), washing temperature 55-60°C, 1 stainless steel centrifugal pump 7.5 kW, 1500 l/min at 2 bar, robust external filter housing, brush cleaning follows the initial spray cleaning using an externally mounted brush, followed by a second spray cleaning.
- Rinsing zone 1800 mm with approx. 150 - 250 l/h via direct fresh water supply; the fresh water is supplied hot at a minimum of 60°C; 500 mm infeed zone with upper exhaust connection (stainless steel radial fan, DN 250 connection); 1800 mm long blow-off section with two 5 kW blower motors; discharge table 500 mm long.

Washing, rinsing, and drying – total system length 8800 mm.

Hourly throughput (adjustable with LENZE frequency inverter): approx. 250-300 foldable-lid crates (cross conveyor) or 500 lids in lengthwise flow, incl. label removal with side brushes (LENZE drive 0.37 kW).

Brush cleaning follows the initial spray cleaning using an externally mounted brush, followed by a second spray cleaning.

Drum filter for automatic label discharge; with this equipment, waste water in the main circuit is routed through a drum filter, significantly reducing label dissolution and pulp formation; the wash tank contents can be used for multiple shifts without changing.

Gravity roller conveyor for Euro pallets, internal width 840 mm, heavy-duty design made from 4 mm thick stainless steel sheet, rollers galvanized steel, 5000 mm length.

Machine connections:
- Fresh water at approx. 60-80°C, 3/4", flow pressure min. 2 max. 6 bar via hose connection 3/4"
- Electricity: max. approx. 50 kW, 400V 50 Hz
- Waste water, DN 50 discharge to floor drain
- Hot water, 1 1/4" supply and return, supply temperature at least 80°C, flow rate approx. 3-4 m³/h
