Sale of an LCT T 600 demonstration pass-through washing system from 2024 at a special price

Zones of the pass-through washing system:

Zone 1: Main Washing Zone:
Length: approx. 2,600 mm
Pump: 7.5 kW, 60 m³/h
Tank capacity: approx. 400 l
Water heated with 3 electric screw-in heating elements, each 10 kW
Operating washing temperature: approx. 60°C

Zone 2: Rinsing Zone
Length: approx. 2,200 mm
Pump: 3 kW, 33 m³/h at 3 bar
Tank capacity: approx. 350 l
Water heated with 2 electric screw-in heating elements, each 10 kW
Operating washing temperature: approx. 60°C

Zone 3: Hot-Air Drying Zone:
This zone provides all-sided mechanical air-blowing (from below, the sides, and above) of the water droplets found on the surface of washed items, which are removed using air knives and integrated high-pressure fans.

The conveyor belt is fitted with a plastic belt.
The frame is made of stainless steel 1.4301, has its own drive, and is controlled via the system’s PLC.

The conveyor belt transports the washed goods out of the machine, executes a 90° left turn, and then conveys the items toward the machine’s inlet (where the parts to be washed are loaded into the washer).

Three photoelectric sensors are mounted at different points on the conveyor, with special brackets and mutual reflectors on the stainless steel frame. Belt width: 400 mm / Height up to 400 mm.
(At the beginning – 1 sensor before the curve, 1 sensor at the end, and 1 sensor approx. 2 m before the end) there is a buffer zone (1-2 m long).
As soon as the buffer zone is filled with returning washed goods, the machine and the conveyor belt automatically stop.
