Envelope inserting machines with inserting function KERN 2500 for handling C5 and C6/5 envelopes.

The offer includes a complete operational production line and a second set of the same type of machines for spare parts.

List of modules:
- Automated input module (single A4 sheets) ensures efficient paper feeding.
- Control module for reading, grouping and folding (Grouping and Folding Station – GUF).
- 2 leaflet feeding modules, each equipped with 2 feeders.
- Inserting module
- Envelope feeder and sealing module with application control and settings panel.
- Final conveyor belt with bins for mis-enveloped items.

Both sets were used in the same company. The first set was installed in 2004, and the second in 2007.
The machines were in use until 2020, when the company purchased new machines.
During this period, the machines were refurbished using parts from the second set.
Since 2020, the refurbished machines were used occasionally, while the second set was designated for spare parts.
