KB Universal Hardness Testing Machines for fully automatic and standards-compliant hardness testing.
Suitable for all hardness testing methods in the load range HV 0.2 1 – 3000 kgf, Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell,
Super-Rockwell, Knoop (only HK 1), ball indentation hardness (plastics), and depth measurement according to Vickers and Brinell.
Fully automatic testing cycle, evaluation of indentations on the integrated LCD monitor via built-in video camera
and zoom lens ensure highest evaluation accuracy according to standards. All hardness values are displayed digitally in real time.
User-friendly and powerful control panel with color LCD monitor, high-contrast and anti-glare.
Measurement of the indentation is parallax-free.
Test forces are electronically controlled and applied with maximum precision.
The video image can optionally be saved as a BMP file.
All KB hardness testing machines come with a basic set of equipment, enabling immediate operation with the ordered indenters.
A range of fixtures, test tables, indenters, objectives, hardness comparison plates, etc., are available.
Connection to a PC or central computer is possible with all KB hardness testing machines.
When combined with fully automated software and a motorized cross table, the machine can operate as a fully automatic system.
