Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw in an extra heavy-duty design, featuring a horizontally parallel movable saw blade, suitable for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely hard-to-machine materials (e.g., Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Designed for the use of bi-metal and carbide tipped saw bands. The saw unit is constructed entirely from polymer concrete, ensuring maximum smoothness of operation and extended blade service life.

The saw unit is guided via two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide strips. Includes hydraulic saw blade tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide saw blade guides.

Material clamping is accomplished through two hydraulic vices. The control system allows for simple machine operation. Cutting length is adjustable with a counter accurate to 0.1 mm. Batch quantity is set via a piece counter, which stops the machine once the pre-set quantity is reached. Material feed is provided by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring the highest cutting accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.

Material feed is via an integrated, non-powered roller conveyor with twelve transport rollers, allowing even short off-cuts to be transported without issue.
