Opis

Fully hydraulic heavy-duty band saw in ultra-heavy construction, featuring a horizontally parallel-moving saw blade for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid material of all qualities, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for the use of both bimetal and carbide-tipped saw blades. The saw unit is constructed from solid polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and extended blade life.

The saw unit is guided by a vertical and a round column guide (double column guidance) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic saw blade tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is carried out via two hydraulic vices. The machine's controls ensure easy operation. Cutting length can be set using the handwheel to a resolution of 0.1 mm. The number of pieces is set via a piece counter; upon reaching the preset quantity, the machine automatically shuts down. Material feed is performed by a feed cylinder, guaranteeing maximum cut length accuracy. The machine is easy to operate and fully automatic.
