This is a fully hydraulic, heavy-duty high-performance bandsaw, featuring a horizontally and parallelly moving saw blade, designed for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials such as Titanium, Inconel, and Hastelloy. It is suitable for the use of bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw bands. The saw unit is manufactured from solid polymer concrete, ensuring exceptional smooth running and maximizing the lifespan of the saw blades. Guidance of the saw unit is via a vertical and a round column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. The saw band tension and the pre-tensioned carbide saw band guides are both hydraulically operated. Material clamping is achieved with two hydraulic vices. The machine operation is user-friendly. Cutting length can be precisely set with a handwheel, with 0.1 mm resolution. Quantity setting is managed via a piece counter; once the target quantity is reached, the machine automatically stops. Material feed is controlled by a feed cylinder, delivering the highest accuracy in section length. The machines are easy to operate and run fully automatically.
