3. Machine Description

Semi-automatic bandsaw with extremely robust construction, designed for precise execution of all cut-off and mitre cutting tasks (–45°/+60°) in tubes, profiles, and solid materials in workshop environments. The infinitely adjustable saw feed ensures sensitive and tool-friendly cutting. Universal bandsaw for workshop use with especially stable design, suitable for separating profiles, tubes, and solid stock.

Machine Base

Heavy-duty, torsion-resistant welded steel construction.

Bandsaw Blade Guidance

The lateral guidance of the saw blade is provided by mechanically preloaded blade guide assemblies. The back of the blade is supported by guide rollers.

Bandsaw Blade Tension

Steplessly adjustable via ratchet. Mechanical tension force limitation.

Drive power: 1.5 kW; cutting speed from 30–75 m/min

Material Clamping – Machine Vice

Secure material clamping via manually operated horizontal vice. Mitre angle steplessly adjustable via scale from 0°–45° and 0° to 60°. Additional locking by index pins at –45°, 0°, 45°, and 60°.

Feed Control

Saw feed is steplessly controlled via precision throttle, suitable for universal application in both solid and profile material.
