The machine described here for processing continuous corrugated board is part of the series of stationary machines, meaning that the processing operations across the machine are performed while the board is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard material is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (Automatic carton blank cutter):

- Linear cross-cutting group for head-to-foot cuts and cross-cuts in the cardboard material.
- Linear cross-creasing group for cross creases on the cardboard.
(Supplied as a cross-creaser or a cross-creaser with perforation feature)
- 12 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creases in the cardboard
- 12 longitudinal cutting units for making the longitudinal cuts

2) Carton changer with 4-fold cassette feed

A motor-driven carton changer with a lifting axis, using four individual cassettes, supplies the cardboard material to the main machine body’s feed section. Each cassette can accommodate raw material rolls up to a maximum width of 2,800 mm and, on demand from the machine control system, automatically feed the material to the main machine body.

3) 5-fold carton magazine

Five carton magazines provide the storage and feed of the raw corrugated board to the processing machine. Stack heights of up to 1,500 mm for continuous corrugated board are possible.

4) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
