KARMETAL KMT280 WOS PLC / SPS

The WOS 280X300 model is an automatic band saw. Thanks to its hydraulic hold-down devices, the machine is capable of performing bundle cutting. Linear guides ensure precise cuts.
After the length of the material to be cut and the number of pieces required have been entered via the PLC control panel, the machine automatically adjusts the cutting length using an encoder and cuts the specified quantity. The feed clamping devices automatically transport the material according to the preset size. Up to 20 different cutting dimensions can be entered on the display. The control panel allows the storage of up to 50 different work lists, which can be retrieved at any time. Ideal for bundle cutting.
