KALLFASS Universa 500 Servo

Fully automatic side sealing machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—with complete overwrapping and without film overlap. The maximum output is 120 cycles per minute. Product feed is via a conveyor belt, while simultaneously inserting the product into a semi-tubular film using a forming shoulder.

The infeed conveyor can be adjusted smoothly to accommodate different product widths. The film tube with enveloped and aligned products is fully sealed on the side using a side sealing unit.

After the product is wrapped in film, longitudinal sealing is performed by a continuously heated sealing system that moves with the product. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units is manually adjustable.

The remaining film trim is collected on a film winder.

Wear parts and defective components have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
