Fully automatic flow wrapping machines for packaging products—regardless of their length—in full wrap and without film overlap. Product feeding occurs via a transport conveyor while simultaneously wrapping in a semi-tubular film using a forming shoulder. Product spacing is managed by a light barrier. The feed conveyor can be easily adjusted for different product widths. After the product is wrapped in film, cross sealing is performed by a permanently heated sealing system. Longitudinal sealing is created by a continuous side sealing device. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing devices can be set manually. The remaining film trim is collected on a film waste take-up.

If required, we also offer installation and service for this unit or for units from other manufacturers.
