THE COST-EFFECTIVE MANDREL BENDING MACHINE FOR TIGHT BENDING RADII

This bending system offers solutions for complex geometries with standard radii of 2xD for tube dimensions from 20 - 90 mm. Depending on the material quality and wall thickness ratio, radii of 1.5xD are also feasible for series production. With a tool height of 120 mm, there are also ample possibilities for special profiles.

The highly precise and powerful electric drive of the bending axis, as well as the stable and robust construction of the mandrel carrier and bending arm, contribute to the desired bending results.

Quick-change bending tools allow rapid conversion to different tube dimensions. The clamping pressure for tube securing is optimally adjustable. The PLC control system (expandable via USB stick) with data storage and the latest X2X interface can store virtually unlimited programs for bend angles, lengths, and rotation angles for up to 50 bend sequences per tube.

For monitoring spring-back values, a freely programmable database is available for up to 200 materials. The control offers two operation modes: In "Simple Bending", tube segment lengths and rotation are automatically displayed in relation to each other. In "Controlled Bending" mode, data is entered beforehand and a continuous target/actual comparison is performed during bending.

Also available with pneumatic rotation stop or with gearbox-assisted positioning for length and rotation.
