Rapid approach:
The press moves at up to 90 mm/sec to the zero point. Positioning accuracy is 0.5 mm or better.
Return:
The press returns to the end point at up to 90 mm/sec. Accuracy is 0.5 mm or better.

The dwell time can be adjusted from 0 to 10 seconds (in 0.1 sec increments).
Pressing force is adjustable in bars, corresponding to 10 to 40 tons.

Further details on the control system:
Operation can be locked via a key switch. The control key switch provides the following functions:

- Manual operation via two-hand control at 9.5 mm/sec in setup mode. (Stop at any desired position by releasing the switches.)
- Manual operation for bending at up to 9.5 mm/sec via two-hand control, with automatic return to TDC upon releasing both buttons.
- Automatic operation with safe tools at up to 200 mm/sec. This function is labeled with a warning on the control panel.

In automatic mode, the machine is strictly intended for use with enclosed, safe tools only. This warning is clearly displayed on the front of the machine.
In manual setup mode, the machine can also be operated via two-hand control at a maximum of 9.5 mm/sec. Bending operations can also be performed in setup mode. The key-operated selector switch allows switching between automatic and manual operation.

Position adjustment for TDC and BDC, and the shift point for speed reduction, are managed by sensors adjustable on a chrome-plated rod. The sensor can be finely adjusted with a locking thread – accuracy +/- 0.5 mm.

The press can be equipped with a bending blade and operated via two-hand control for sheet metal bending. In automatic mode with safe tools, it can punch, notch, and bend.
