THE MOBILE BENDING MACHINE WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE:

The compact, mobile design allows for precise and repeatable bending, both stationary and directly on-site, for pipe diameters up to 35 mm, CU 42 mm.

A powerful three-phase motor and precision gearbox ensure strong drive power. The motor speed is automatically adjusted, allowing the return movement to take place at a higher speed and reducing cycle times.

A position sensor directly on the bending axis guarantees optimal bending accuracy and very high repeatability. The bending angle can be set to 0.5° easily and quickly using push buttons.

The large LCD display shows the angles clearly. Storage of up to three bending angles enables efficient bending of pipes with different bending results.

For transport, the compact unit and accessories can be stored cleanly and securely in robust transport cases.

The “stationary pipe and rotating tool” design principle ensures minimal space requirements when bending. For thin-walled pipes, sliding shoes are used to allow wrinkle-free bending and to form bends with minimal deformations, e.g., in stainless steel and copper pipes.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square, and round bars can be bent easily.
