Automated board sorting saw – Edger-Crosscut Saw-Conveying Unit for quality sorting of sawmill timber JRIMAC Twin-Cut

The system is designed for optimal cutting and sorting to separate by quality.

Edger (compliant with current safety standards): Cutting length 6.0 m – Cutting height 120 mm – Maximum cutting width against fence 380 mm – Retractable blade cuts in both directions (forward and return) – Pressure bar with safety device – Positioning lasers – Adjustable sawing speed

Crosscut saw: Cutting unit at both ends – Unit 1 = fixed – Unit 2 can be positioned at 4,000, 5,000 and up to 6,000 mm.

Conveying unit – Boards are fed to the edger from the right by toothed wheels – The operator rips the boards longitudinally, applies a quality mark (X, O, // etc.) – Offcuts are automatically discharged at the rear and fall into a trolley – The edged timber is conveyed and automatically cut to the desired length – End trimmings are discharged into containers or bags – The processed timber is routed on roller tracks for manual sorting and stacking according to quality

Scissor lift table (not included in machine price) – Upstream, timber is placed on a scissor lift table and raised to edger/operator height
