Package of 5 UHP waterjet machines with extensive spare parts and accessories as follows:

1 x high-pressure waterblast system with Deutz-MWM V-8 diesel engine
Infinitely variable pressure adjustment from 0–1400 bar and 0–2800 bar, dump system, with interchangeable plunger kit as follows:
1400 bar at 99 l/min and 2800 bar at 46 l/min.
The high-pressure head with bushings and valves remains the same for both pressure stages, 1400 and 2800 bar.
Switching between 1400 and 2800 bar is performed simply by changing the plungers.

This unit was built in 2013 and held as a backup machine, but only used once for 14 hours at 2800 bar for a heat exchanger cleaning project. The UHP machine is mounted on a galvanized steel frame.

The Deutz-MWM engine was purchased as a used unit with approx. 3,000 operating hours and fitted in 2013 with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure waterjet pump.
Additionally, a large selection of accessories and spare parts is included, such as dump guns & foot valves, swivels, rotary couplings, surface cleaners, rotary nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, specialized tools, and more.

An identical UHP waterjet unit is also available, but fitted with a Scania V-8 engine and 850 operating hours at max. 1400 bar / 99 l/min. This unit is also equipped with a plunger change kit for both 1400 bar/99 l/min and 2800 bar/46 l/min. The system is installed in a 20-foot container, equipped with an 800 l diesel tank, a workbench, and vise.

Furthermore, there are 3 more high-pressure waterjet units, each rated at 110 kW, of which 2 are equipped with interchangeable plunger kits for 1400 and 2800 bar. The third is a Kamat K11000 unit with 2800 bar operating pressure.

Also available: a hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning system with rotating lance, mounted on a scissor lift table, suitable for very large heat exchangers.

All equipment comes from the closure of my company due to retirement.
A buyer is sought for the entire package of all machines and accessories.
