ITALMAC Onix 3000

The ONIX 3300 is a CNC machining centre with 3 + 1 controlled axes, specifically designed for drilling and milling operations on aluminium, PVC, light alloys, and steel profiles up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

This machine provides a useful working area of 3,300 mm and features an automatic tool magazine with 8 positions, allowing for the accommodation of an angular unit to perform machining on three sides of the profile, as well as a disc cutter for end-milling operations.

The fully enclosed frame houses the electrospindle, which delivers 4 kW of power with a rotation speed up to 18,000 rpm, ensuring high performance and superior machining quality. The pivoting control console, positioned on the right side of the machine, allows for easy and intuitive program and control management at every stage of the work cycle.

The ONIX 3300 is equipped with CNC axis control and an industrial PC for program management, complete with a 17” LCD monitor, 80 GB hard disk, and two USB ports.
The programming language is ISO standard, featuring a Windows XP-based user interface, and dedicated ITALSOFT – FLY CAM 3D CAD-CAM software, optimised for process and production cycle management.
