A multihead weigher is a highly precise weighing system that simultaneously weighs products using multiple load cells. The ideal combination is calculated automatically to achieve the target weight with minimal deviation. Multihead weighers are especially suitable for free-flowing products. In combination with a vertical packaging machine, they enable a continuous, automated packaging process.

Multihead weighers reduce product loss through exact weight combinations and allow for higher cycle rates, particularly when handling expensive or sensitive products.
