ICS ice cleaning systems IC-310-S

High-performance dry ice blasting system IC 310 S with integrated dry ice mill IS 10 (built-in fully automatic crushing unit) for fine cleaning using micro-particles as well as aggressive blasting on demanding surfaces.

The patented IS 10 dry ice mill allows you, when necessary, to crush 3 mm dry ice pellets into 1.5 mm micro-pellets, making it possible to clean sensitive surfaces such as polished components, pneumatic and electrical lines, machine panels, or vehicle interiors.

The patented, continuously adjustable dosing system operates reliably without any compressed air loss. The operating pressure ranges from 1–16 bar. The compressed air supply hose is 10m long.

The integrated flow system prevents freezing and subsequent clogging at the outlet of the hopper. The design of the tube and hose system prevents pellet breakage. The blasting gun is ergonomically shaped, robust, safe, and easy to operate. Optionally, the blasting gun can be supplied with an LED lamp.

The stainless steel frame and machine housing guarantee a long service life. Even under the most demanding operating conditions, the machine requires only minimal maintenance costs.

The stainless steel feed hopper has a capacity of 13 kg. The dry ice consumption ranges from 10–100 kg/h.
