Description and intended use
The machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminum rims. The rims are transported through the system in four cycle steps: 1. Loading / Unloading, 2-3. IR Heating, 4. Convection Cooling.
The surfaces of the rims are gradually heated in the system to temperatures of up to 250°C. The applied coatings are thereby dried. When using solvent-based paints, only small amounts of solvent may be introduced into the system! The maximum permitted amount is 10 g of solvent per hour. When the exhaust air system is operated simultaneously, safe operation is ensured. Afterwards, the rims are cooled down again to below 60°C.

The machine has been properly dismantled into its component parts by the manufacturer and divided into several packaging units. The components are packed on pallets and ready for shipment. All documentation is available.

The buyer purchases the device as inspected, with any warranty for material defects excluded.
The seller is not liable for claims for damages – regardless of the legal basis – unless the seller, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents have breached their duties through gross negligence or intent.
The seller assigns any existing claims for material defect liability against the manufacturer, its seller, or other third parties to the buyer.
