Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Designed for rapid removal of oil and grease contamination. Universally applicable for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings.

The soiled parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the washing tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel manifold pipes fitted with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. The workpieces are thoroughly sprayed from all sides with the hot solution as the motor-driven basket rotates continuously.

After the cleaning cycle is completed, the machine shuts off automatically.
