Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Designed for the rapid removal of oil and grease contaminants. Universally applicable for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, bushings, ball bearings.

The contaminated items are placed into the rotatable wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and cycle time, the unit is switched on and the washing solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed machine, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump assemblies draw the washing solution from the wash tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes fitted with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. As the motor-driven basket rotates evenly, the cleaning item is intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution.

When the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically.
