Function

Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaning agent (wash liquor). Contaminated items to be cleaned are placed into the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired wash temperature and time, the unit is switched on and the wash liquor in the tank is heated. Inside the closed machine, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its axis. The pump units extract the wash liquor from the tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes equipped with overlapping flat fan nozzles. The items to be cleaned are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot cleaning solution due to the even rotation of the motor-driven basket.

Once the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically.
