2 mechanical transfer presses – PRESS LINE in automated operation.

This transfer press line is currently set up for the production of vehicle sockets / electrical sockets.

System equipped with:
1. Decoiler* PM245, with loop control, coil weight 2 t, coil width up to 450 mm
2. Servo feeder (roller feed) with 2 axes (transverse and longitudinal)
3. Press 1:
Deep drawing press with five pneumatic ejectors (individually adjustable and expandable)
4. Feeding unit by Püschel conveyor system, drum vibratory feeder, linear vibratory feeder, capacity up to 100 parts/minute, belt oscillating conveyor for discharging deep drawn parts / transfer via steep conveyor into peat oscillating conveyor / transfer into entry of the punching press via mechanical vibratory feed rails
5. Punching press 2 (prepared for ejectors)
Various safety fences, protections, safety switches, monitoring systems (Pilz PLC), adapted to machinery directives
