Accessories / Special Features

Sturdy double-column frame press with adjustable four-point prism guides, equipped with:

• Hydro-pneumatic sliding table (approx. 625 mm transverse stroke) with two clamping surfaces for holding the pressed parts and lower tool. These are positioned under the ram for the pressing process and then moved to a stacking device at the rear after pressing. The table then returns to the starting station. This feature can also be easily removed or modified.
• CNC press control (Siemens S5) with monitor for input of all relevant process data and storage of tool data for easier and quicker machine changeovers, as well as monitoring of part transport. Swing table holder included.
• SICK light barriers fitted at the front of the press and loading station.
• Ram equipped with electro-motorised depth stop (300 mm stroke) and hydraulic tool clamping system, also with hydraulic ejector integrated.
• Pressure and oil temperature display, piece counter, foot switch, two-hand operation, central lubrication, hydraulic oil circulation cooling, stand-alone electrical cabinet, etc.

The machine was used for pressing in edge trims on cylinder head gaskets.
