This frame assembly aid was developed to enable precise production of timber frame elements. Particular attention was paid to space requirements and price. Due to its extremely flat design, the surface can be used for other purposes by removing the clamps and stops. This is a considerable advantage not only for small operations, but for businesses of any size.

After creating a level surface, the clamping rails are aligned and anchored to the floor. The gaps are filled with a 30 mm thick wooden panel supplied by the customer. The same panel can be used to install approach ramps at the edges. The level thus created can be driven on by heavy vehicles or used as storage space. This means that the area can be activated for timber frame assembly only when needed.

All steel parts are galvanised.

Complete installation is carried out on site by the customer. After adjusting the table, the stops must be pinned, as they could otherwise be moved by the force of the clamps.
