Opis

Unused Hosokawa Bepex extruder, model BX 150, made of stainless steel (AISI 316) for low-pressure extrusion. This machine is designed for producing products with an open structure, large surface area, and good forming properties. The processed material is fed into the unit through the intake opening. Inside the extrusion chamber, two rotors rotate in opposite directions.

- The upper 2-arm rotor, equipped with additional scrapers, mixes and conveys material downwards. This rotor is driven by a 0.55 kW, 60 Hz electric motor with gearbox, providing adjustable speeds in the range of approx. 14 - 139 rpm.
- The lower 3-arm rotor is fitted with curved arms and rotor knives. The product is compressed and extruded through a screen by the lower 3-arm rotor. The granule size depends on the perforation diameter of the screen. This rotor is driven by a 3.0 kW, 60 Hz electric motor with gearbox, offering adjustable speeds from about 15 - 144 rpm.

Included are (2) extrusion screens with a perforation diameter of 2 mm and a screen thickness of 1.2 mm, as well as a control cabinet with integrated control panel. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with (4) castors.
