Hosokawa Alpine Ventoplex C32V air classifier, lightly used and in very good condition. Recirculation classifier ideal for fine separation of abrasive products. Especially suitable for high throughput rates and capacities with low energy consumption. Our air classifier allows you to separate a product into two distinct fractions – fine and coarse – when conventional screens cannot achieve this due to fineness or other product characteristics. This is useful when you need to dedust a product by removing unwanted ultrafine dust or to ensure a defined cut point by separating oversize coarse material, enabling you to match your product exactly to the desired particle size distribution specification.
This unit is specifically designed for the processing of abrasive materials, such as those used in the minerals industry.
