Used Hosokawa Alpine Turboplex ATP 200 Air Classifier for engineering the perfect final particle design. Our air classifier enables separation of a product into two distinct fractions—a fine and a coarse split—where conventional sieves cannot deliver due to fineness or other product characteristics. This is especially useful for dedusting processes to eliminate unwanted ultrafine particles or to guarantee an upper cut size by separating oversize coarse material, allowing you to precisely tailor your product to the desired particle size distribution specifications.
This unit is capable of processing various product types for multiple industries, including minerals, chemicals, and more.
